Neurodiversity as a Competitive Advantage

I was asked if I was suggesting that an organization that had achieved balanced neurodiversity was likely to outperform one that had not.

If you replace “suggesting” with “stating”
….and “likely” with “certain”
….and insert the word “dramatically” in front of the word “outperform”,

Then, yes. Exactly. 🙂

As a gifted person, you have very likely found yourself in situations where your different ways of seeing and interpreting things are highly relevant to the challenges and opportunities facing your co-workers. You have very likely also found that it has been difficult to effectively translate your thinking. It is, after all, very complex and involves thinking patterns to which others don’t relate.
